By booking with JC Fisheries you form a legal contract between JC Fisheries and yourselves, the person who carries out the booking will be solely responsible for all persons in their group.
Your contract with JC Fisheries is governed by English Law.
 

Reservation:
Your booking will be secured when we receive your deposit payment.
A confirmation email will be sent to showing your booking details.
Your booking is non-transferable and cannot be sold to any other person.
 

Deposit:
A 50% deposit is payable to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable
Balance of total payment:
The balance of the total payment must be paid 30 days before your session date.

If you book within 30 days of your session date you must pay in full at the time of booking.

If balance payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
 

Arrival and Departure:
Please do not arrive before 11.00am and ensure all members of your party have
departed by 10.00am.
 

Cancellation fees:
If you cancel your booking you will be liable for a cancellation fee based on the
following; cancellation 30 days or more before your session date = 50% of the
total session price due.

Cancellation less than 30 days before your session date =100% of the total session price due.
 

Cancellation:
JC Fisheries reserves the right to cancel your booking in which case we will offer an alternative booking of an equivalent standard or a full refund.
Due to the fact that JC Fisheries are working with live animals our carp stock may change from when you made your booking.
 

Lake closure:
JC Fisheries reserves the right to close the fishery at any given time.
 

Fishery rules:
Our fishery rules must followed at all times, anyone found to be in breach of any of our rules will be asked to leave the fishery immediately without a refund. The use of abusive or threatening behaviour will be not be tolerated.
 

Liability:
All persons will acknowledge that they are fully aware of the risks associated with fishing and they accept responsibility for their own actions and safety, agreeing that they use the Fishery and its facilities at their own risk.
JC Fisheries accepts no liability for vehicle damage, personal injury, damage or loss of personal property.
 

Further liabilities:
Neither JC Fisheries nor any person assisting shall be liable for the consequences of delays or restrictions caused by adverse weather conditions, flooding, shortage of water, health risks, pandemics, impositions of sanctions or other government sanctions or any other similar events, industrial action, fuel rationing, shortages of, or non-availability of fuel or any other cause and reserve the right to restrict the activity if unusual or hazardous conditions prevail. Neither JC Fisheries nor any persons assisting shall be liable for death, personal illness or injuries.
